- When do you actually reach your accommodation? Allow for immigration, luggage and the transfer before fixing another departure.
- Separate the decisions
- Choose the wall access and descent, then match the ticket and pickup point. A lift ticket does not make the wall step-free.
- Protect the return
- Confirm where your driver or transport can meet you. Avoid an evening commitment that depends on the earliest possible return.

Preparation support starts from 30 days before arrival. Continue with English messages during the agreed trip dates, up to 14 days.

- English messages inside your signed-in Bangsai account. This is asynchronous advice, not instant or 24-hour emergency assistance.
- Your bookings
- You book and pay for hotels, transport and attraction tickets separately. Advice does not guarantee availability or successful reservations.
- Local accompaniment
- Requested separately, with an agreed scope and daily quote. It is not included in $99.

Is this right for my first trip to China?
It is designed for travelers who want personal help turning a set of destinations into a practical route. It is also useful if you already have a draft itinerary but need to review connections, bookings and preparation. It is not a package tour or a booking service.
Do I need a complete itinerary before buying?
No. Bring your travel dates, places of interest and main questions. If you already have accommodation or transport booked, include those details so the review works around actual commitments.
Can I use WhatsApp instead?
Consultation takes place inside Bangsai. Sign in to your account to send messages and read replies, keeping your order and travel context together.
Are tickets, hotels or a local companion included?
No. The $99 payment covers the stated planning and messaging service. Third-party travel costs are separate. Local accompaniment requires its own agreed quote.
What happens if my dates change or I cancel?
The full service and cancellation terms below govern the order. If you already have a consultation, send the request there rather than treating new dates or another journey as automatically included.
